Ingredients:
- cold rice - Cooked and freezed
- 4tsps Oyster Sauce
- 2tsps Soya Sause
- 2 Eggs
- Vegetable Oil
- 1cup Carrots
- 1cup Spring onions
- 1/2cup Beans
- 1/2cup Peas
- Pinch of Aginamotto/Chineese Salt
- Salt (as per taste)
- 1Tsp Pepper
- Take a pan and fry eggs. Keep it aside.
- Take pan and add oil. Once oil is heated add spring onions and fry them.
- After they are fried till light brown, add carrots, beans and fry a little. Then add a very little water(for about 1/4th cup). Once they are half cooked add the peas and aginamotto.
- Now add soya sause and oyster sause, salt nd pepper and mix well. At this point, u can smell the aroma of the mix.
- Once water gets drained add fried egg nd cook for 2mins.
- Now add the cold rice to the cooked vegetables. Keep it on sim until the flavors mix.

Note:
Rice is freezed because the cold rice when made hot and chewed it does not stick in mouth which makes it perfect rice for any type of fried rice.
Can be served with tomato ketchup or raita.
