Ingredients:
For green chutney:
- Corrainder or cilantro 2 cups
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
- Green chillies 3-4
- Salt as per taste
- Boiled potatoes 3-4 cups (depending on number of patties you make)
- Boiled Carrots 1-2 cups
- Chilly powder 2 tbs
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
- Turmeric powder 1 tbs
- Corrainder or Cilantro 1/4 cup
- Salt as per taste
- Burger bread (you get in any grocery store)
- Butter for heating bread
- Ketchup or tomato sauce
- Mayonnaise (optional)
Method
- For chutney add all the ingredients and grind them and place it in a bowl.
- For patties mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make small rounds and press them lightly.
- Take a flat pan, heat oil place this patties on it. fry them until brown and remove.
- Now add butter to the pan and heat the bread until light brown.
- Now for making burger we got all the items ready.
- Take a bread, spread green chutney, add the patty, then add ketchup, then add another patty, then add green chutney, now mayonnaise spread and now lastly bread.
- Now the burger is ready.

Note:
You can add slices of tomato or cabbage or cilantro or cucumber or any type of cheese if you want but I liked this style.
