"Veg Omelet Dosa"...... hmmmmm got surprised..... yes you read that correctly. Omelet and vegetarian..... how? Ofcourse egg is considered as a vegetarian dish but this recipe is not related to egg. Infact it contains all kinds of vegetables. Yes you can put what ever vegetables you like in your own way. Sounds interesting right.....!!! SO lets take a tour......

- 1 1/4th small cup Besan
- 3/4th cup rice flour
- salt to taste
- chopped coriander 2 tsp
- grated carrot 1tsp
- beans 4 to 5
- one small potatto chopped finely
- one small onion chopped finely
- green chilli chopped finely
- 1 small tomatto finely
- jeera 1/2 tsp
- garam masala 1/4th tsp
- red chilli to sprinkle
- oil to fry
- Put all the vegetables in a vessel and mix it with hands properly
- Add beasn ,salt,rice flour,garam masala,red chilliand finally add water and prepare the batter not so thin and not so thick.
- Heat the tava and pour the batter not in the centre on the boarders of the tava.then pour oil on it.let it fry properly then turn around the dosa and fry it and serve with pickle or sauce
