Ingredients:
- Canned Channa or Chick peas 2 cups
 - Chopped potato 1/2 cup(optional)
 - Chopped onions 1/2 cup
 - Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
 - Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbs
 - Green Chillies 2-3
 - Chilly powder 1 tbs
 - Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tbs
 - Curry leaf
 - Corrainder or Cilantro
 - Cumin seeds
 - Mustard Seeds
 - Turmeric powder
 - Salt to taste
 - Oil 3-5 tbs
 - Water 1/4th cup
 
- Take a pan, add oil.
 - Once the oil gets heated up add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, Turmeric powder. After they splutter, add curry leaves and green chillies.
 - Add onions and fry until light brown.
 - Add tomatoes and fry for a minute.
 - Now add potatoes and fry for 3-4 mins so that potatoes are 1/2 cooked and add chick peas or Channa.
 - Now add garam masala and chilly powder.
 - After the gravy gets thicken, add salt and keep for 2mins.
 - After curry is done, place it in a bowl and garnish with cilantro.
 - Can be server with rice and chapathis.
